Om Meditation healing, the divine primordial sound
The mantra OM (AUM) is identified with the divine primordial sound, vibration which arises from the creation of the Universe.
A stands for Creation (Brahma)
U stands for Preservation (Vishnu)
M stands for Destruction or dissolution (Shiva)
According to the Vedas
The One who created the entire universe is called the Father and the Lord . From him
was issued the vibration of the sound OM, which gives life to the whole cosmos.
May this primordial word expand everywhere, singing the praise of Brahma, the source of life and energy, the Sun

Meditation aims to raise awareness q uel we're doing, what is happening around us, it means not getting lost behind the thoughts of the mind that distracts us from reality, but immerse ourselves in reality, means to perceive all very hard.
If we are present in everything we do, everything that happens around us then we are aware.
not necessarily need to sit in a quiet place and under conditions of semi-darkness, even if this can help, we can meditate even while we take a walk just looking around and feeling our feelings, watching the sky, the flight of birds, Moon, stars, a cat that passes, a child smiling or crying.
feel alive, at any time, be here and now, to become aware, this is the purpose of meditation.
