Emotions and Opening to the unexpected realities

Our emotions, our moods, our beliefs become what we experience in reality. So we who create our own reality. If we feel joy, happiness and love we create a reality of joy, happiness and love. If, however, we believe we live in a frightening world, this is what we experience. We are the painter and the canvas of the universe.

"I can not see anything" I said.
"You just heard" he said.
"What the wind?"
"Not only does the wind" , "he said coldly. "To you it may seem the wind, because wind is the only thing you know" .

These are words that the old Yaqui shaman Don Juan turns to Carlos Castaneda, writer and Peruvian anthropologist, who has long studied ethnology and even parapsychology.

We tend to bring things that happen to us to events that have already lived, already known to steer them in experiences rather than open ourselves to the new, the different, unexpected.
This attitude seems reassuring, but ultimately limits us and prevents us from opening ourselves, to grow.
Often it is the fear that restrains us (and we care), but is not real, does not exist in reality, is created by our mind. When something happens, we must listen and wait.
If we learn to not be in a hurry, if we give up immediately give an explanation of "fishing" between what we know, we feel wind e. .. beyond.
