Photo Exhibition of Stephen Compagnucci
Spread the Wine Museum of Monte Porzio Catone
Institution "Area of \u200b\u200bthe Muses"
From 20 December 2009 to January 6, 2010
The exhibition Photo is a collaborative effort between the wine bar 'The Songlines' Frascati and the professional photographer Stephen Compagnucci, professor of the "Roman School of Photography", a work that has already seen the outcome in a recent publication and different exposures (the Contemporary Art Gallery "minimal" Campo de Fiori in Rome, the Stables Aldobrandini of Frascati, the photo library of Veracruz in Mexico).
The exhibition, which provides for the selection of 15 portraits which will be staged in the first room of the Spread of the Wine Museum, founded with the intent to portray using the photographic medium, suspended moments in time in the universe, varied and heterogeneous, linked to production of wine from the Castelli Romani, always suspended between traditional practices and modern realities.
"Settantacinquecielle" in addition to being a photographic work of obvious quality, it also provides a fascinating insight into artistic testimony of a human reality, constitutes an appeal to that audience in the wine of this land do not just see an alcoholic beverage, but the fruit of the lives and passions of many men and women who through their work have created the historical and cultural value.
